Something that needed to go to both blogs

Normally I wouldn't put this here, but it affects two different worlds, and could threaten the whole Big Brother thing that we've been trying to avoid for years. However this time it's going to be far worse since it deals with Internet privacy. There's a site that's right now trying to fight what's called CISPA (Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act) and the thing is that if this actually passes, it will be one of the worst things to come out of Washington since the Bush Regime ran the place, and to top it off it's being forced by the Republicans as well.

One of the things that I've noticed when it comes to the Federal government is that when a law is passed (even when it has been specific to one thing only), they tend to ignore the specific parts and make it so that it encompasses everything and everyone, and honestly this is the last thing that we need right now. After all this would be like the Patriot Act only for the on-line world instead, and we've all seen how bad that became now didn't we.

However there is a ray of sunshine that we can all latch onto to make sure that this thing dies a horrible death (and the President has already said that he would veto this bill once it hit his desk, but it's trying to get it killed before hand that's being worked on right now), there's a site that several people are going to in order to make sure that this does die a horrible death, the site is called Demand in Progress and it's working right now to make sure that those going to Washington know how bad this bill really is.

Personally I would rather not have another version of the Patroit Act that really doesn't help anyone at all and considering that it makes everyone a suspect to each other, and that's really the last thing that anyone wants if we're trying to reach a peaceful world. So check out both links and see what you think, and try to help what you can.

A proposition that could help California voters and hurt those that are completely trashing this state

Now it's times like this that I happen to love how our system works in the first place, and one of those main things is that we the voters can actually place limits on those that are serving for us (and not us them), however they happen to hate it big time but hey that's only because they've gotten a taste of not only the power in what they were elected to, but at the same time they don't want to lose what they've got which is the money that they're getting.

Now I read this editorial on Prop 28 when it comes to term limits. Personally I happen to like this since it means that there can be more change for those that shouldn't be in office in the first place, aside from constantly saying one thing and then doing another (which is what they always tend to do like crazy these days). However there is one thing that I would like to see and that's a added clause in there for those that serve as governor of the state, and that is that once they've had their full time in office, that they shouldn't be allowed to run again. After all we've now had one governor that's not only served before (and things didn't turn out too well that last time either), but is currently serving yet again as well. Personally I believe that if he runs for reelection and wins, that just like Grey Davis, that he should be recalled right out of office. We shouldn't have to deal with his stupidity for another four years again, I'm sorry but we're already messed up as it is, his coming into office would only tend to hurt us more.

Now the one main problem that I've noticed about the law makers in this state is that is that they tend to write laws not only for the short term but also with such a passion that they tend to lead to problems down the line that really shouldn't have been done in the first place. Personally I believe that if they've got an idea for a law that they should not only look at it from all angles but at the same time see what it's going to do to the state years down the line, because once they do that, then they have a chance to make sure that what they're doing will not only benefit the state, but at the same time, it won't hurt us over all after all that time is finished. (However I found out this morning that I only have one lawyer (Jerry Lowe @FresnoBKLaw) following me on Twitter, and I hope that you don't mind the shout out Mr. Lowe)

I mean from what I had partly read this morning on the hard copy version of the Fresno Bee's front page, President Obama is starting to turn to what Bush was doing during his time in office, and that's only because of the fact that when it comes right down to it, the Republicans that are currently in Washington are doing nothing but stone walling the hell out of him in the first place and that's not right in the least. So he's using the only option left, and that's executive orders to get things through, which of course the GOP will say is going to hurt the country for the worse. The only thing is, it only hurt the country if the Republicans are the ones not putting it out there in the first place, other wise if you are (like Bush was constantly doing) and it happens to benefit them as well, after all if it doesn't mainly benefit the Republicans (like the Bush Tax cuts and keeping not only them in place but also making sure that millionaires also don't get taxed either) then it shouldn't be there for the people of this country in the first place. I'm sorry to say but at the rate that things are going, you'll have this country all screwed up in no time, hell even I have ideas as to how in the world to get things going, but I'm just a lowly writer with no one actually fully listening any more :( (but that's just my life and why I happen to write it all out and let others see what I'm writing about in the first place).

Hell if you happen to be reading this political blog, and you happen to have idea, write out a comment and post it for others to see, after all the more that people post their ideas, the more chances are that they may end up getting put into a law that might help others out, but just remember to not only look at it from all sides, but to also think about the long term effects, namely that of the cost and the long term benefit of the people that it's intended on helping out in the first place.

Stupidity all around for the GOP

Well considering that both the GOP and Romney will be hitting the spot light more and more, it only means that people will be finding out about the dirty little secrets that they're not wanting anyone to find out about at all.

First off we have the crap that the GOP is currently pulling with trying to get the Buffet Bill killed, after all they like not paying as much as the average person happens to pay and not helping the economy out at all. They actually killed the bill the first go round through today, however from what I had read the Dems are planning on taking this on the entire year, which means that a lot of Republicans are going to be losing their seats in the up coming elections.

After all who but those Republicans (and yes I'm going after them only here) that don't mind helping out the multi-millionairs would actually go for killing this bill in the first place, I mean this is a no brainer, and ever since the Bush Tax cuts for the wealthy came into play in the first place, this country has never been the same at all.

Hell the Republicans keep saying that if the wealthy were to pay a higher tax, then it would end up styming the economy and that's just bull crap. In truth if they were to start paying that money in truth would actually go back the people and the people would actually start spending more, and the cost of things out there might actually start to go down (yeah right on that note right there). However till they start paying their share of more than what they call fair, then we're never going to know in the end are well.

Now being with Romney getting the nomination (at least unoffically for right now), it's his wife that hit the spot light, and with this one I'm actually half and half. The reason for this because she has never once worked a day in her life going off of her husbands support the entire time saying that she was raising their kids all during that time. Well last I had known, their kids are gown and out of the house with marriages of their own and kids of their own, so why does she stay, well that part is easy right there. The main reason why she happens to stay in the first place is because of all that money that Romney is making day in and day out and constantly, hell if I made that kind of money, even I wouldn't blame my wife for not wanting to work either (my lovely wife is currently raising our son Ryan who is turning 2 this June 9th).

So yeah I'm on both side of the net with this one, I mean in one hand I can understand why she's not in the first place and she's going to be getting hit up for it in the first place, but on the other hand I personally believe that now that the kids are grown and out of the house that she should be doing something other than not working. but hey that's just me.

Santorum is out!!!!!!

Well I guess we now know who is going to be the GOP winner/loser, after all with Santorum checking out of the race, Romney has just about gotten the nomination tied up, and the last two aren't even considered any more as part of the race for the GOP nomination (even to the point that I'm not even mentioning them by name, even though we all know who they happen to be).

Well considering what's going on now, it means that the GOP will be getting the Mormon for their Presidental nomination, and will be losing to Obama in November when the time comes. Plus I will go out of my way to dig up everything that I can when it comes to the man that Romney happens to be and everything that he's done in the past and is planning on doing as well. For more on the story, just go here: http://www.azcentral.com/news/politics/articles/2012/04/10/20120410rick-santorum-says-hes-leaving-president-race-making-mitt-romney-likely-nominee.html?source=nletter-breakingnews and you'll read everything that I read.

Now I won't actually be going into everything here till the GOP convention takes place, then after that when we know who is going to be taking up the nomination, then I'll be digging everything up on him that needs to be dug up. Time for the fight to begin.
