The President supports Gay Marriage

Now this is honestly something that I haven't seen in years, and that's the fact that a standing President is actually breaking away from what the rest of the pack is saying and is actually supporting something that the church has ruled over for years, and that's the topic of Gay Marriage.

Now the playing field for both candidates is completely known on both sides, however the question is going to remain, how is the rest of the country going to deal with with this, I've already noticed that there are several people that are thinking that Obama is destroying the country, the only problem with that notion is the fact that when it comes right down to it, our politicans are already dong that namely with everything being apposed left and right by not only the TEA Party, but also by the republicans in general. this is the one thing that should've been decided long ago, but instead the church was able to rule over it for years.

Maybe now we'll actually see something happen when it comes to this topic, however it's still going to be a wait a see deal for most people out there.

The Political War is on

Well it honestly looks like things aren't going to be waiting for their conventions at all, not when the GOP can start up the famous mud slinging they constantly do and yet deny every time.

I got a tweet today this morning about how Obama is failing the country in just about everything, and yet the problem isn't him (even though it's his signature that ends up on that line in the end), the problem is the fact that nearly all of the GOP and just about anyone that wants to see this President completely fail, are going to be blaming him for everything. The problem however lies in the fact that the Republicans are currently doing everything in their power to not only take fully control over everything, but they honestly think that they happen to know better than those that have come before them. Problem is, is that during the 90's when they had control, they kept screwing everything up, and then when Bush came into office (for which he stole the first election), that's when everything started going wrong right from the start. From the Bush tax cuts that only effects the rich, to the total failure of his abstinence only problem which never worked. The thing that one doesn't realize is that when it came right down to all of this, it was mainly done to appease the people that put him into office, namely the rich and just about all of the Catholic Christian churches that are out there (and those churches that were preaching from the pulpit to vote for Bush, they should lose their tax exempt status because doing that is a clear violation of the first amendment).

Well while those people got everything that they were wanting in the first place, it was everyone else around that suffered for their greed and stupidity, after all no one benefited at all from Reaganomics. After all if you give money to those at the top instead of the people at the bottom, the money is going to stay right there at the top, and we learned that when the banks got the bail outs and kept all of the money giving themselves bonuses which they were reluctant to even give back in the first place. Hell I remember someone telling me that Reagonomics actually worked because Clinton had a surplus of money, yeah only one thing, he knew how to balance his budget. Now I'm not saying that Obama doesn't, but he's played more towards trying to get everyone on his side, but that's been failing big time, and it's one of the main reasons why he started just doing the executive orders and saying screw the republican controled congress, after all if he continued to try to go through them, they were just going to keep blocking him and then nothing was going to be getting done, all while they would continue to blaim him for everything under the sun.

I personally will be keeping an eye on everything that happens, and letting you all know as well and what I happen to think of it all, yeah it looks like the war started before the conventions actually started up, and California still has yet to vote right now either.

Something that needed to go to both blogs

Normally I wouldn't put this here, but it affects two different worlds, and could threaten the whole Big Brother thing that we've been trying to avoid for years. However this time it's going to be far worse since it deals with Internet privacy. There's a site that's right now trying to fight what's called CISPA (Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act) and the thing is that if this actually passes, it will be one of the worst things to come out of Washington since the Bush Regime ran the place, and to top it off it's being forced by the Republicans as well.

One of the things that I've noticed when it comes to the Federal government is that when a law is passed (even when it has been specific to one thing only), they tend to ignore the specific parts and make it so that it encompasses everything and everyone, and honestly this is the last thing that we need right now. After all this would be like the Patriot Act only for the on-line world instead, and we've all seen how bad that became now didn't we.

However there is a ray of sunshine that we can all latch onto to make sure that this thing dies a horrible death (and the President has already said that he would veto this bill once it hit his desk, but it's trying to get it killed before hand that's being worked on right now), there's a site that several people are going to in order to make sure that this does die a horrible death, the site is called Demand in Progress and it's working right now to make sure that those going to Washington know how bad this bill really is.

Personally I would rather not have another version of the Patroit Act that really doesn't help anyone at all and considering that it makes everyone a suspect to each other, and that's really the last thing that anyone wants if we're trying to reach a peaceful world. So check out both links and see what you think, and try to help what you can.

A proposition that could help California voters and hurt those that are completely trashing this state

Now it's times like this that I happen to love how our system works in the first place, and one of those main things is that we the voters can actually place limits on those that are serving for us (and not us them), however they happen to hate it big time but hey that's only because they've gotten a taste of not only the power in what they were elected to, but at the same time they don't want to lose what they've got which is the money that they're getting.

Now I read this editorial on Prop 28 when it comes to term limits. Personally I happen to like this since it means that there can be more change for those that shouldn't be in office in the first place, aside from constantly saying one thing and then doing another (which is what they always tend to do like crazy these days). However there is one thing that I would like to see and that's a added clause in there for those that serve as governor of the state, and that is that once they've had their full time in office, that they shouldn't be allowed to run again. After all we've now had one governor that's not only served before (and things didn't turn out too well that last time either), but is currently serving yet again as well. Personally I believe that if he runs for reelection and wins, that just like Grey Davis, that he should be recalled right out of office. We shouldn't have to deal with his stupidity for another four years again, I'm sorry but we're already messed up as it is, his coming into office would only tend to hurt us more.

Now the one main problem that I've noticed about the law makers in this state is that is that they tend to write laws not only for the short term but also with such a passion that they tend to lead to problems down the line that really shouldn't have been done in the first place. Personally I believe that if they've got an idea for a law that they should not only look at it from all angles but at the same time see what it's going to do to the state years down the line, because once they do that, then they have a chance to make sure that what they're doing will not only benefit the state, but at the same time, it won't hurt us over all after all that time is finished. (However I found out this morning that I only have one lawyer (Jerry Lowe ‏@FresnoBKLaw) following me on Twitter, and I hope that you don't mind the shout out Mr. Lowe)

I mean from what I had partly read this morning on the hard copy version of the Fresno Bee's front page, President Obama is starting to turn to what Bush was doing during his time in office, and that's only because of the fact that when it comes right down to it, the Republicans that are currently in Washington are doing nothing but stone walling the hell out of him in the first place and that's not right in the least. So he's using the only option left, and that's executive orders to get things through, which of course the GOP will say is going to hurt the country for the worse. The only thing is, it only hurt the country if the Republicans are the ones not putting it out there in the first place, other wise if you are (like Bush was constantly doing) and it happens to benefit them as well, after all if it doesn't mainly benefit the Republicans (like the Bush Tax cuts and keeping not only them in place but also making sure that millionaires also don't get taxed either) then it shouldn't be there for the people of this country in the first place. I'm sorry to say but at the rate that things are going, you'll have this country all screwed up in no time, hell even I have ideas as to how in the world to get things going, but I'm just a lowly writer with no one actually fully listening any more :( (but that's just my life and why I happen to write it all out and let others see what I'm writing about in the first place).

Hell if you happen to be reading this political blog, and you happen to have idea, write out a comment and post it for others to see, after all the more that people post their ideas, the more chances are that they may end up getting put into a law that might help others out, but just remember to not only look at it from all sides, but to also think about the long term effects, namely that of the cost and the long term benefit of the people that it's intended on helping out in the first place.

Stupidity all around for the GOP

Well considering that both the GOP and Romney will be hitting the spot light more and more, it only means that people will be finding out about the dirty little secrets that they're not wanting anyone to find out about at all.

First off we have the crap that the GOP is currently pulling with trying to get the Buffet Bill killed, after all they like not paying as much as the average person happens to pay and not helping the economy out at all. They actually killed the bill the first go round through today, however from what I had read the Dems are planning on taking this on the entire year, which means that a lot of Republicans are going to be losing their seats in the up coming elections.

After all who but those Republicans (and yes I'm going after them only here) that don't mind helping out the multi-millionairs would actually go for killing this bill in the first place, I mean this is a no brainer, and ever since the Bush Tax cuts for the wealthy came into play in the first place, this country has never been the same at all.

Hell the Republicans keep saying that if the wealthy were to pay a higher tax, then it would end up styming the economy and that's just bull crap. In truth if they were to start paying that money in truth would actually go back the people and the people would actually start spending more, and the cost of things out there might actually start to go down (yeah right on that note right there). However till they start paying their share of more than what they call fair, then we're never going to know in the end are well.

Now being with Romney getting the nomination (at least unoffically for right now), it's his wife that hit the spot light, and with this one I'm actually half and half. The reason for this because she has never once worked a day in her life going off of her husbands support the entire time saying that she was raising their kids all during that time. Well last I had known, their kids are gown and out of the house with marriages of their own and kids of their own, so why does she stay, well that part is easy right there. The main reason why she happens to stay in the first place is because of all that money that Romney is making day in and day out and constantly, hell if I made that kind of money, even I wouldn't blame my wife for not wanting to work either (my lovely wife is currently raising our son Ryan who is turning 2 this June 9th).

So yeah I'm on both side of the net with this one, I mean in one hand I can understand why she's not in the first place and she's going to be getting hit up for it in the first place, but on the other hand I personally believe that now that the kids are grown and out of the house that she should be doing something other than not working. but hey that's just me.

Santorum is out!!!!!!

Well I guess we now know who is going to be the GOP winner/loser, after all with Santorum checking out of the race, Romney has just about gotten the nomination tied up, and the last two aren't even considered any more as part of the race for the GOP nomination (even to the point that I'm not even mentioning them by name, even though we all know who they happen to be).

Well considering what's going on now, it means that the GOP will be getting the Mormon for their Presidental nomination, and will be losing to Obama in November when the time comes. Plus I will go out of my way to dig up everything that I can when it comes to the man that Romney happens to be and everything that he's done in the past and is planning on doing as well. For more on the story, just go here: http://www.azcentral.com/news/politics/articles/2012/04/10/20120410rick-santorum-says-hes-leaving-president-race-making-mitt-romney-likely-nominee.html?source=nletter-breakingnews and you'll read everything that I read.

Now I won't actually be going into everything here till the GOP convention takes place, then after that when we know who is going to be taking up the nomination, then I'll be digging everything up on him that needs to be dug up. Time for the fight to begin.

Hold out for the GOP Convention

Hey all, the only reason why I haven't posted anything here in a while (with the exception of the occasional local politics), is because I'm waiting for the Republicans to tear them selves apart when it comes to the race to be the next GOP contender to face Obama. The Republicans want control back over all of the national government, however the one problem that they face (and don't want to own up to) is that they can't run the government right.

Now I know that all of you would be saying that we prospered under Regan, well the truth of the matter was, we were also in the middle of a war during his time (along with Bush Sr. as well). Plus his faults (which I can't list here at the moment) out weigh his good deeds that he's done in the past. Basically the one president that we've had that everything actually started looking up during was Clinton, namely because he stopped a war that had been given to him from Bush, and he balanced the budget. Though some of you would say that it was the whole Reaganomics thing that gave him that surplus in the first place, no actually Reaganomics doesn't work and never will. After all you don't give money to millionaires and expect them to start paying their employees more money, hell no once they get that money they don't ever want to give it up except for pay taxes and that's it. No, Clinton knew how to balance a budget and that's what gave us the surplus of money that Bush Jr killed in the first place.

No who ever ends up getting the GOP Nomination I will do everything in my power to shred them like crazy, and right now there's only 2 1/12 major contenders (I say half because I know for a fact that Gingrich isn't going to get the nomination despite him continuing to stay in the race). Plus the one thing that both Romney and Santorum want in the first place is to tear down something that has actually worked since this country was first started and that was the separation of church and state which is subtly stated in the first amendment (though of course the Christen Church wants to mostly get rid of this and prevent any other religion from being here in the United States in the first place). Romney is Mormen which doesn't help him at the current time, but that's taking a back seat anyway, namely because he may end up getting the nomination in the end.

Either way, I'm just waiting for the GOP convention to find out who gets the main nomination and then shred them like crazy. If not for Obama, we would still be in Iraq right now, since a Republican would've left us over there and said to hell with any exit date. After all being over there gave their people more money that they shouldn't have in the first place, but hey that's just what I tend to think on the whole thing.
