This past week in Romney screw up ville

For the past week, I've been hearing about everything that Romney has been doing to not only insulting everyone, but it's gotten to the point that he's now being considered the biggest joke that the GOP happens to have. I mean not only does he insult everyone, but he actually was asking why airplane windows don't open. I even saw an image on Facebook earlier this week that said "So you want more religion in schools is that right, and you're asking why airplane windows don't open". Believe me Romney (or Rmoney, as he's getting called these days now), is or has become the laughing stock of politics.

Problem is, he doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut and let those that work with him do all of the talking and say that it happens to be from him, hell half the time when someone running for a national office says something, it actually didn't come from him, it came from someone else. However with Rmoney, it seems to not only come from him, he's always caught on video saying it in the first place, even his wife said something that made her a laughing stock as well, and the kicker of that was that it was aimed at the other Republicans when she said it in the first place.

One of the main problems that we're having when it comes to this election is that the Republicans are using everything that they can to keep people blind to the truth, and they're mainly using FOX News for it, the only problem with FOX news is that they don't bother to fact check anything any more to the point where they know that the people will think that it's true when it fact it's not. Here's the kicker to that, they don't care if people believe what they're saying is truth or not, they know that they're protected and that their ratings will always stay right where they happen to be because of that, and as long as people keep watching it, things will never change with them.

Here's another kicker too, Obama is leading in the polls to the point that even Rmoney even stated one fact that he knew was the truth, that Obama would make a far better president then he would any day. That is the one truth that came out that was a fact, of course Fox news turned that around and said that he was momentarily delusional, but those that know the truth, knew the truth, knew that he had an epiphany when it came to this election. The only problem that I see is that he's not going to drop out of the race, then again I don't think that's possible at all. So we're going to have to deal with this idiot in the mean time.

However the one thing that even I know is that till everyone wakes up and starts voting blue again, we're going to have a major problem in Congress with the Republicans running the joint and blaming the Democrats for shutting down everything when in fact it's actually the Republicans that are shutting down everything by not voting for them in the first place. So yeah, come this November we the people need to do a lot of firing and get the majority of Republicans (though I do really wish it was all of them) out of Congress. That way Congress won't be a place where nothing gets done and not business as usual, but a place where things will get done at long last. And the one main person to take out there is one Republican that has been having the rest of them sign a contract that wouldn't allow them to compromise on anything at all, and grinding everything in Washington to a halt. it's gotten to the point where a lot of those that actually signed this contract have actually changed their party affiliation to make sure that they won't hold to this contract any more.

The person that holds the Republican half in Washington hostage is Grover Norquist, and this guy seriously needs to be fired in the worst way, however he always seems to hold onto his position without any problems at all. I'll tell you this though, my major number one political dream, would be that all of the Republicans in office would be voted out and that the Democrats and third party  people would be in total and complete control. However I know that that's not going to happen any time in the near future at all.

The one thing that those trying to make sure that the Republicans get voted out of office is to make sure that they don't repeat what they did during the Bush Jr era, and that was during the first stolen term, and the second one, was that the churches actually were telling their people that unless they voted for Bush, that it was an unforgivable sin. They actually can't preach politics from the pulpit, it's against the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, there can be no government religion (in fact I covered this in an earlier posting). So we might want to watch out for that, and make sure that not only they know they can't do it, but let the officials know as well that it's being done. After all, they think that their tax exempt status will stay even when they continue to do that, and they can actually lose it. Well it's time to make sure that they lose it, otherwise the Republicans will continue to try and rob people of what they think should be getting done. We seriously don't need big business to try and ruin things.

I know that it's taken me awhile to fully write this up, but keeping up with the ever changing politics of today's world is a damned near 24/7 task and right now, I'm also waiting for the debates to take place, considering that Fox News is already saying that Romney (Rmoney) won them even though they have yet to take place, yeah even I'm not getting that one either. But at some point after I'll give my take on them and let you all know what I think of them.
